Eligibility: You may return most unused/uninstalled items within 15 business days of receiving the product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Some exclusions may apply, such as personalized or customized items.
To be eligible for a return, the order/invoice must already be paid.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your order/invoice number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refund Method: If your return is approved, the refund will be issued by cheque and sent to the address provided by you.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the original order must be returned and approved before we proceed with the new product.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as sale items, discounted product, seconds, or products that have previously been exchanged.
Pallets/Bulk Bags: Items that are always refundable, such as our pallets or bulk bags, will say “returnable” in the item description. To receive the refund, they must be brought back to our yard and in good condition. You will not receive a refund unless a pallet return form is filled out and signed by yourself, and a member of our team. We will not accept pallets or bags that are in poor condition. You have a maximum of 60 days to return the Pallet.
If you are a Contractor or Wholesaler, the return time will be up to 30 days, however you must inform the company within 10 business days about the defective/wrong product to apply for a return.
